\u00ab Tous responsables pour une fili\u00e8re h\u00e9v\u00e9a plus comp\u00e9titive \u00bb, tel est le th\u00e8me retenu pour la campagne h\u00e9v\u00e9icole 2026, dont le lancement officiel s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 la Fondation F\u00e9lix Houphou\u00ebt-Boigny de Yamoussoukro, le vendredi 19 juin 2026. Pr\u00e9sidant la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, le ministre de l\u2019Agriculture, du D\u00e9veloppement rural et des Productions vivri\u00e8res, Bruno Kon\u00e9<\/a>, a annonc\u00e9 plusieurs r\u00e9formes en faveur des acteurs de l\u2019h\u00e9v\u00e9aculture, notamment des producteurs.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Parmi les principales r\u00e9formes annonc\u00e9es figurent la suppression d\u00e9finitive de la d\u00e9cote de 2 FCFA par kilogramme de caoutchouc livr\u00e9, l\u2019augmentation de la part revenant aux producteurs, qui passe de 63 % \u00e0 66 % du prix de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence net, ainsi que le plafonnement des primes incitatives \u00e0 10 FCFA\/kg afin de mieux r\u00e9guler le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L\u2019h\u00e9v\u00e9aculture, port\u00e9e par pr\u00e8s de 170 000 producteurs, fait vivre plus de 1,2 million de personnes. Elle a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 plus de 700 milliards de FCFA de revenus et soutenu plus de 330 000 emplois en 2025, selon abidjaneconomie.net<\/a>. Cette fili\u00e8re se positionne ainsi comme un levier strat\u00e9gique pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie ivoirienne.<\/p>\n

Campagne h\u00e9v\u00e9icole 2026 : Bruno Kon\u00e9 encourage les jeunes \u00e0 la culture de l’h\u00e9v\u00e9a<\/h2>\n

Pour p\u00e9renniser cette dynamique, le ministre a insist\u00e9 sur le respect rigoureux des nouvelles dispositions adopt\u00e9es. \u00c0 cet effet, des \u00e9quipes de contr\u00f4le seront d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire afin de sensibiliser les op\u00e9rateurs et de veiller \u00e0 leur application.<\/p>\n

Le ministre a \u00e9galement r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019ambition du gouvernement de b\u00e2tir une fili\u00e8re plus performante, fond\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9duction de la pauvret\u00e9 en milieu rural, le d\u00e9veloppement de la transformation locale et le renforcement du mod\u00e8le ivoirien de gouvernance interprofessionnelle.<\/p>\n

Toutes ces r\u00e9formes, qui visent \u00e0 renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du caoutchouc ivoirien, constituent \u00e9galement un levier pour encourager l\u2019entr\u00e9e des jeunes dans le secteur agricole. Le ministre Bruno Kon\u00e9 a par ailleurs manifest\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de rendre cette activit\u00e9 moins p\u00e9nible afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail des producteurs et d\u2019attirer davantage de jeunes vers ce secteur.<\/p>\n
